The lower garden is the most favored spot for the exchange of vows, yet some couples prefer the garden gazebo or the meadow. You choose the spot that you like best and we will help determine the logistics needed to carry out your plans.
Ceremony and Reception Fee Includes:

- On site pre-wedding portrait photography priviledges
- On-site supervision for check in and placement of rental deliveries
- Hospitality Suite stocked with snacks, soft drinks and water for your guests to enjoy
- Banquet seating and tables for 100 people
- Elegant wedding linens for tables to seat 100 people
- Clear glass plates, appropriate serving pieces, stemware, stainless flatware, and white linen napkins for 100 people
- Event Coordinator Services for all pre-wedding planning and throughout the entire event
- Complimentary cake cutting and serving
A non-refundable deposit of $1,975.00 is required upon booking. Another deposit of $1,975.00 is required 3 months in advance of the event. Both deposits will be applied to the final invoice plus 7% sales tax on the facility fee which will be included on the final invoice.
$3,950.00* based on 4.5 hour event to include ceremony and reception (plus applicable sales tax). Events exceeding 4.5 hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Notes:
* Maximum capacity is 250 guests. There will be an additional $5.00 per person charge plus 7% sales tax for each guest over 100 added to the facility fee.
* There is a $750.00 refundable damage deposit added to the final bill. Glen-Ella Springs Inn reserves the right to assess and invoice for any damages to the property during your event, to include grounds, rooms and buildings.
* Amplified music is allowed until 10:00 pm
*Personal checks are accepted and encouraged. If paying by credit cards, a 3.5% surcharge will be added to the final invoice based on the total amount due.
* Please note all prices in this Wedding Planning Guide are subject to change.
* Applicable sales taxes will be added to final invoice for the facility fee as well as for food and other services provided by Glen-Ella Springs Inn.
