Georgia Bed and Breakfast, Georgia Lodging, Country Georgia Inn

All of the rooms in our Georgia bed and breakfast have heart pine-paneled walls and ceilings. They are decorated in a style of rustic elegance with colorful chintz fabrics and a mixture of period antiques and locally handcrafted items. Alllodging accommodations at our country inn feature private baths, telephones with voice-mail, and individual heating and air-conditioning units. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there are two flat screen TVs on the property with full satellite connections. The entire property is set up for complimentary WiFi access. All rooms open onto common porches with rocking chairs and contain all the modern amenities the discriminating traveler has come to expect such as comfortable bathrobes, coffee makers with our own special blend of gourmet coffee, hair dryers, irons with ironing board, luxury bed linens, specialty bath products, and IPod docking stations with CD players. Below you will find a brief description of the different types of rooms we offer as well as rates and photos. All rates include a full hot country breakfast and are based on double occupancy. For the comfort of all our quests, we have 4 rooms (2 ground floor king rooms and 2 second floor suites) designated for families. Unfortunately, the on-line booking system does not make a distinction as relates to this. As such, we kindly ask if you are traveling with children, to please contact the inn directly for reservations so we can be sure one (of the 4 rooms) is available for your requested time.

Queen Rooms

Our Queen Rooms each have a queen bed and one comfortable sitting chair for relaxing. The rooms open onto a covered porch which overlook the spacious 12 acre meadow, pool and perennial gardens. Rocking chairs just outside your door beckon guests to sit a spell and enjoy the scenery.

Queen Room Rates: $150 per night Sunday - Thursday | $175 per night weekends and holidays. Maximum occupancy: 2

King Rooms

The King Rooms offer twice the floor space as our Queen Rooms and two sitting chairs for relaxing and reading. Each have a king-size bed which can also be split into two twin beds. The view from the covered porch (outside the king room) is of the wooded portion of the property. The rooms are located on the front of the inn on both the main and second level.

King Room Rates: $170 per night Sunday - Thursday | $195 per night weekends and holidays. Maximum occupancy: 3

Suites

There are two, 3 room suites, each have a private bedroom, a bathroom with dressing area and a separate sitting room. One suite has a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen pullout sofa bed and two sitting chairs in the sitting room. The other suite has a queen bed in the sleeping area and two twin daybeds in the sitting room along with an easy chair for relaxing. Both suites feature whirlpool units in the bathtubs, and each have one of our original stacked stone fireplaces (retro fitted with gas logs) to enjoy on a cool mountain evening.

Suite Rates: $190 per night Sunday - Thursday | $225 per night weekends and holidays. Maximum occupancy: 4

Penthouse Rooms

We have two Penthouse Suites located on the 3rd floor of the inn which can be rented separately, but also work well when rented together. Our largest and most spacious rooms, the penthouse suites also have access to a shared sitting room and a balcony porch which overlooks the meadow. One suite has a four-poster king-size bed and the other has two four poster queen-size beds. Both rooms have a freestanding Franklin Stove gas fireplace flanked by two comfortable reading chairs, as well as a mini refrigerator stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water for your convenience. The penthouse suite's private bath is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large corner whirlpool tub and is complete with special amenities such as spa inspired robes, custom milled soaps and bath products, luxurious towels, hair dryer, and even our own specialty blended gourmet coffee to begin your day.

Penthouse Rates: $230 per night Sunday - Thursday | $275 per night weekends and holidays. Maximum occupancy 4

Our guests can also stay at the Hampton Villa, a 6-bedroom villa located in the Orchard Country Club just 2 1/2 miles from the inn. The villa rooms feature 2 double beds per room with, of course, a private bath each, plus a shared common room with TV, small kitchen, and fireplace. The entire villa is available for groups as well as individuals. Rates start at $120.00 per night based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast for two which is served at the inn.
